Another day, another squash recipe…I know, I know. But I promise you babes, that adding these squash recipes to my diet has helped my gut health tremendously! Plus, they taste delicious. So goodbye bloat, & hello abs! Join my squash journey and let me know how you feel!
Ingredients:
- Organic Delicata Squash
- Coconut Oil or Coconut Oil Spray
- Cinnamon
- Pumpkin Spice
- Himalayan Salt
- Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Delicata Squash Preparation
- Clean the delicata squash with water
- Cut the delicata squash in half (hotdog style)
- Remove the seeds with a fork
- Cut delicata squash into 1/4 inch slices
Roasting Preparation
- Spray pan with coconut oil spray
- Place delicata squash on pan
- Glaze delicata squash with coconut oil spray
- Sprinkle cinnamon, pumpkin spice and himalayan salt on delicata
- Bake at 425 degrees for 25-35 minutes until delicata is tender and slightly brown
- **Flip delicata squash half way through roasting
- Drizzle maple syrup and serve
