JOIN FORM is also a great low impact workout...however, it's more of a HIIT workout with heavier weights!

The Sculpt Society has great sculpting workouts mixed in with some fun dancing for cardio!
Youtube has SOOO many great yoga classes for free! You will be so impressed after doing a quick search!
