HOW TO HAVE AN AT-HOME
Start your spa day with some meditation. This can be 5 minutes or 15 minutes.
Play some music that relaxes your mind and body.
Treat your body with another layer of relaxation by stretching after meditation.
This is simply just iced water with lemon and cucumber.
Light some candles, throw on your diffuser, and melt into all of the delicious smells that flood your home.
Add some fresh eucalyptus to your shower. Turn off the lights, light the candles, and enjoy your warm shower with eucalyptus aroma.
Throw on your facial steamer, a face mask and lip mask and enjoy!
