Stop eating when you're full. Fuel your body when you are hungry. Drink the green juice when you want to feel good, eat the cookie when you have a craving. Listen and monitor your body and cravings.

MEDITATE

Meditation and yoga are crucial for weight loss. Because if you are stressed you won't lose weight. Release and relax.
