DURING THE HOLIDAYS
Any kind of movement is key during the holidays. Walks are a perfect and sneaky little way to take care of your body. Even if it's just for 15 minutes on your work break!
It's so important to hydrate, especially with all of the alcohol and foods you are intaking. Your body needs to flush it out.
It's really important to prioritize your self care during this time. Take time for you and don't feel guilty for it. Say no to plans... it's okay.
Only surround yourself by people who uplift you. Don't waste your energy on anything or anyone that doesn't serve you.
Especially with the amount of social occasions, we tend to rely on alcohol as a crutch to help us loosen up. Try to challenge yourself and socialize without it or limit the amount you drink.
