Reading is a form of self care that can really positively impact your mental health. Set a goal to read one book a month this year.
It's important to make goals that are specific and attainable. Moving your body daily whether it be just simple stretches, walking or a pilates class isn't as overwhelming.
Not only does your body need some working out, but, more importantly, so does your mental health. Aim for 5 minutes of meditation a day and then work your way up!
More likely than not, you are not drinking enough water. Make it a goal to drink more water.
I'm all about balance. I think eating mindfully (listening to your body) is the best approach to eating healthy. This allows you to eat your cravings, but in a healthy way. It prevents binge eating etc.
