STEP ONE

LATHER LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OILS ON YOUR HANDS, TEMPLES AND UNDER YOUR FEET.

STEP TWO

TO START YOUR NIGHTTIME SKIN CARE ROUTINE, USE A FACIAL STEAMER WHILE YOU SIMULTANEOUSLY MEDITATE.

STEP THREE

WIND DOWN THE NIGHT WITH YOUR FAVORITE FACE MASK.

STEP FOUR

LIGHT SOME SAGE OR CANDLES, AND CREATE SOME POSITIVE ENERGY IN YOUR SPACE.

STEP FIVE

PREPARE YOUR BED AND NESTLE IN.
