I’m not one of those girls that can just drink a green juice and call it a meal. In fact, I can’t even stomach a green juice, let’s be real.
Every meal I eat has to be extremely delicious and satisfying. If I eat something that tastes “healthy,” I catch myself grazing on snacks or searching for something sweet to cure my cravings. I’m telling you babes this green smoothie is no lie. It might be healthy, but damn, it tastes amazing.
I eat this baby everyday. Either for lunch at the office or dinner after a workout. It’s full of vitamins, protein, healthy fats and all the superfoods.
Try it out and then tell me it isn’t the best green smoothie ever. 🙂
- 8oz of almond milk
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 TBS of maca
- 1 TSP of cinnamon
- 1 TSP yacon
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 scoops of vital protein collagen
- 1 cup of Ice
- Top with 1 TBS of hemp seeds!
