You know me, I’m always down for a “healthy” dessert. I’m also always down for a meal that takes little to no effort and tastes like I’ve been baking my ass off in the kitchen for hours. Just your good ol’ Martha Stewart here!

Anyways, this baby is another guilt-free treat that is so easy peasy to make. I love to have it for brekky, a snack or dessert. It’s paleo friendly, which mean it’s dairy-free, grain-free, and gluten-free… no, it doesn’t taste like cardboard!! It tastes heavenly & it’s Trevor approved.

Paleo Banana Bread

3 large bananas
1 1/2 cups of raw almond butter
3 large organic eggs
1 TBS vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 TBS apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Pour 3/4 tsp baking soda on top of apple cider vinegar
Fold over batter & pour in greased bread pan
Optional: Sprinkle in the batter a handful of walnuts!

Preheat at 350 degrees
Bake for 50 minutes to an hour????
