So, I’ve introduced to you my other acai bowl recipe that is low glycemic (you can view it here). Low glycemic just means it doesn’t spike your blood sugars. However, this updated creamy acai bowl recipe is now my go-to. Why?
Well, I’ve started listening to my body since creating the low glycemic recipe, and have been loving adding banana to different recipes like acai bowls, oatmeal, pancakes etc. Banana isn’t low glycemic, but it’s a natural sugar. I’ve been feeling really good consuming this natural sugar so I wanted to share with you my updated recipe!
