Zucchini is always my go-to veggie. WHY? Because I’m always on the go. Zucchini is so easy to prep, quick to cook and convenient && not to mention it tastes delicious in so many recipes! The benefits are endless, but here’s a few: promotes weight loss, consists of LOTS of magnesium, vitamin C, dietary fiber, and more! (Goodbye diseases!) Zucchini Preparation

  1. Cut zucchini into thin slices

Roasting Preparation

  1. Spray pan with coconut oil spray
  2. Place thin slices of zucchini on pan
  3. Glaze zucchini with coconut oil spray
  4. Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until zucchini is slightly crispy
