My roommate on the other hand loves an overcooked piece of chicken. LOL …I tease her because she is basically eating jerky. Not my thang…
With all of my gut issues, it’s been really hard for me to find a marinade recipe that doesn’t have onion or garlic in it. So, I created my own 🙂
It’s low fodmap, sibo friendly and extra tasty!
When my gut is in a flare or when I bake chicken in general, this is my go-to recipe.
-Olive Oil
-Low Fodmap Paleo Powder
-Himalayan Sea Salt
-Red Chili Pepper
-Organic Chicken Breasts
Prep:
Prep chicken with ingredients above. I love to take a spatula to massage the seasons and oil into the chicken breast.
Bake:
Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
